i liked everything except the directions were images only and very very small even with my glasses hard to read and follow. the video was ok but it moved through images too fast almost too fast to screen shot important areas like compatible pods. BUT the espresso was supreme quality! i will use this fun new tool.

It gets the job done, with relative ease. It comes with solid packaging, and you can easily keep the carton for storage of the carafe/brewer. I concur with the included recommendation: You get the best results if you pre-heat the water for the brewer.

Uses less energy. I need a coffee machine that uses as little energy as possible, that's all I want, and it makes delicious coffee. Yes, it's a little slow, but I'm happy with the taste and theease of cleaning. I love it, it's simple. I've had more expensive coffee machines in the past, and they were difficult to clean and use. One wrong move and you'll burn out the heating element or make a really bad cup of coffee. It's very simple and reliable. Forget all the fancy features, just use it.
